Blurb/Summary:

When Katja "Kat" Lombardo wakes up near the dead body of her partner with a gun in her hand and no memory of what happened, she calls on the only person she trusts to help her—Zak Delaney, the lover she abandoned two years ago. Now Zak must put aside his anger toward Kat in order to find the real killers before he once again loses the woman he loves...this time for good.

Review:

A great addition to the romantic suspense genre. This book brings the action and suspense in right from the very first page. The heroine wakes up with vague memory as to what happened and puts her in a very bad situation. She calls an ex-lover for help, and the story continues on its action packed ride.

Judith Rochelle has a great voice and style, and I very much enjoyed this read. The great description helped paint a great picture in my mind of what was going on, the in depth emotions and reactions with the main characters, it felt like if I closed my eyes, I was right there in the middle of the action.

A very pleasurable, suspenseful read.
